Only first class quality produce is used and all desserts are home made. Eggs are from our own hens. Sausages made for us by a local farm shop.  We also use local Home Cure bacon.   Lamb from our sheep, Pork and Beef from a local farm.
Breakfast can be a choice of “Full English” to Continental or any combination of your choice.
